INGREDIENTS: Noodles (Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Potassium Iodate), Seasoning (Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Chilli Powder, Ginger Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Citric Acid, Caraway Seed, Szechuan Pepper, Cumin Powder, Aniseed, Water, Colour (Plain Caramel), Potassium Iodate).
Store in a cool, dry place.
Instructions: Place 200ml of boiling water in a saucepan, add the contents of the seasoning sachet.
Break the noodle block into 3 or 4 pieces and place into the seasoned boiling water.
Bring back to the boil then simmer over a moderate heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Time: 2-3 minutes
