Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At Bangladesh Baby Mart (BBM), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
বাংলাদেশ বেবি মার্ট (BBM)-এ গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার। যদি আপনি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল অথবা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ কোনো পণ্য গ্রহণ করেন, তাহলে এই Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
2. Return Time Limit
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের পর করা আবেদন গ্রহণ নাও করা হতে পারে।
3. Eligible Products for Return
Products may be returned only if they are:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Manufacturing defective.
- Expired at the time of delivery.
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে—
- ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।
- ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে।
- উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি থাকলে।
- মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে।
4. Non-Returnable Products
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Baby Formula & Baby Food
- Diapers
- Baby Wipes
- Personal Care & Hygiene Products
- Products without original packaging
স্বাস্থ্য ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে নিম্নোক্ত পণ্য খোলা বা ব্যবহারের পর রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না—
- বেবি ফর্মুলা ও বেবি ফুড
- ডায়াপার
- বেবি ওয়াইপস
- ব্যক্তিগত পরিচর্যা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কিত পণ্য
- মূল প্যাকেজিং ছাড়া পণ্য
5. Product Condition
Returned products must be unused, unopened (where applicable), in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice or order confirmation.
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সিলবদ্ধ, মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ এবং ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস বা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাইয়ের পর অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৫–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। সম্ভব হলে একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
7. Replacement Policy
If the requested product is available in stock, Bangladesh Baby Mart may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
যদি সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য স্টকে উপলব্ধ থাকে, তাহলে রিফান্ডের পরিবর্তে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, damaged products, or incorrect items, Bangladesh Baby Mart will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
আমাদের ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বাংলাদেশ বেবি মার্ট বহন করবে। অন্য ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে। তবে শিপমেন্ট শুরু হওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
